Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm how you would like to proceed. Orders may be placed on hold until we receive your instructions.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping confirmations are sent during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. AST).
Orders or inquiries received outside of these hours, or on Canadian statutory holidays, will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery
Orders are shipped using Canada Post and UPS with tracked services.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- 3–7 business days for most locations within Canada
- Up to 13 business days for remote areas
Delivery estimates apply after your order has been shipped.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier and may be affected by weather conditions, service interruptions, or other external factors.

Return to Sender Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment

Shipping Rates
We currently ship within Canada.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before tax)
- Flat rate shipping of $15 CAD on orders under $100 CAD
We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
