Eligibility: Only items purchased online can be returned online.

Refunds: Online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus an $8 flat shipping fee) within 20 days of purchase.

Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 20 days of purchase in store only — exchanges are not supported online.

Conditions: Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and with original tags attached.
Final Sale Items (no refund or exchange):
Earrings, facemasks, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, gift cards, and items 50% or more off the regular price.

Shipping & Return Fees

Orders $75+ ship free.
- We apply an $8 shipping rate on all orders returned online (shipped back to us).
- Returns in store are free.
- The $8 fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping.
Validation
All returns are subject to validation by envy+grace.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

How to Return
1. Return to an envy+grace Store (Free)
- You can return or exchange at any envy+grace location in Canada.
- Bring your order number or invoice (mobile or printed), government-issued ID, and the card used for purchase.
- If you do not have these, you may be issued store credit or a gift card.
- If someone returns on your behalf, they must bring the original purchase method, items, and order confirmation.
- Shipping and other fees are non-refundable.
- Orders paid via PayPal can only be refunded in store as store credit.

2. Ship Your Item(s) Back to Us
Step 1. Request a return online
- Click the “View your order” button in your confirmation email OR log in at envyandgrace.ca → Orders tab.
- Select the order to return and submit request.
- Note: You cannot submit if your order violates return conditions.
- Return requests only available after an order has shipped.
- To cancel before shipping, email returns@envyandgrace.ca (not guaranteed).
Step 2. Pack your items
- Once approved, customer service will email you a shipping label.
- Print and attach it to your package.
- Pack items securely in original packaging, with invoice included.
- If invoice missing, write order number + item/style number.
Step 3. Ship your package
- Drop off package at selected carrier.
- Refund is processed once the order arrives at head office.
- You will receive a confirmation email if approved.
- If rejected, the item(s) will be returned to you.
⚠️ Online exchanges are not available. If you cannot exchange in store, return your order and place a new one.
